Platform

A platform is not a stack of modules. It’s a loop that doesn’t stop.

Most operations software is a set of destinations. You go to the reporting tool, then the scheduler, then the spreadsheet, and you are the thing connecting them.

Claritus.One is built the other way round. One layer observes the organization, works out what it means, decides what to do, does the part it is permitted to do, and learns from how that turned out.

Claritus.One is not another destination for your data.

A warehouse is a place data goes. A BI tool is a place people go to ask it questions. Neither is accountable for anything happening as a result.

A platform that recommends staffing changes across seven markets needs to know your org structure, who is allowed to approve what, and what “adequately staffed” means at each site. None of this is exciting. All of it decides whether the rest is usable.
