Privacy Policy

The website at claritus.one (the “Site”) is operated by Catalyze Labs LLC (“Catalyze Labs”, “we”, “us”), the company that builds Claritus.One. This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers the public marketing Site only: its pages, the demo request form, and the analytics that run on it.

It does not cover the Claritus.One platform itself. Data a customer organization connects to the platform is processed under that customer’s agreement with us, not under this policy.

Please do not submit patient information through the Site. The demo request form is for business contact details and is not designed to receive protected health information.

Information you give us

When you request a demo we collect the details you enter: your first and last name, work email address, organization, the number of locations you operate, your role, the operating priority you choose, and any notes you add.

Information collected automatically

• Request details. When you submit the demo form, your IP address and browser user-agent are recorded with the request, to help us identify abuse and respond to genuine requests.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Site is used: pages viewed, time on page, referring site, approximate location derived from IP address, and device and browser type.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs, such as IP address, timestamp and requested URL, to operate and secure the Site.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) to distinguish visitors and sessions. The Site does not use advertising cookies.

• To respond to your demo request and prepare a demonstration relevant to your organization.
• To communicate with you about Claritus.One, where you have asked us to or where we have a legitimate business reason to follow up.
• To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
• To protect the Site, including rate-limiting repeated submissions and detecting spam.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, and only as needed for the purposes above:

• Our website hosting provider, which serves the Site.
• Resend, which delivers demo request submissions to our team by email.
• Google, which provides Google Analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, safety or property of Catalyze Labs or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy would continue to apply to the information transferred.

• You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, by replying to any message from us or emailing privacy@claritus.one.
• The Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Demo requests are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and are deleted when they are no longer needed for that purpose. IP addresses used for rate-limiting are held in memory for about ten minutes and are not stored. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

The Site is served over HTTPS, and access to demo request submissions is limited to the people at Catalyze Labs who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access it, correct it or delete it, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights under those laws.

To make a request, email privacy@claritus.one. We will verify the request using the information we hold, respond within the time the applicable law requires, and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.

The Site is intended for healthcare business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Catalyze Labs is based in the United States, and information collected through the Site is processed in the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred there.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and where a change is material we will make that clear on the Site.
